Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once it ships
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Canada 3-7 business days
- USA 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Customs and Duties:
For U.S. orders, any applicable duties and import fees are calculated and added at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery with no surprise charges upon arrival.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at delomiodesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
